Notes: At the beginning of the episode we see Castiel kill a fake Dean and the room pans out to reveal many, many more. The exact number is essentially impossible to count, but we can see the room is about 40 Deans wide by 15 Deans deep which is over 500 Deans. Later in the episode Naomi states that Castiel has killed Dean over 1000 times. It is difficult to tell if the scene is either in Castiel’s head, a fake construction or a real conjuring as Naomi would have the power to create real Deans for him to kill. Considering the literal nature of Angels and the history of reality manipulation already shown and there being no history of illusion creation, we will consider these ‘real’ creations and file them under human bystander deaths.
