Notes: Sam kills a vampire, Dean kills 6 vampires, Sam kills 1, Dean kills the leader. Now you don’t see him kill the 4th girl vampire, the one he doses with dead man’s blood, the one pushed down the stairs or one of the ones at the top section, but considering all three hunters are standing tall at the end of things, we can assume that they all die. This still does not account for 3 of the abducted women mentioned at the beginning of the episode, but they could either be unrelated or vamps that left.
