Minor Deaths: The gentlemen cut the heart out of a guy in his room, when they reconvene we see 2 other hearts so we know that 2 others were also killed, we see one of the gentlemen with a heart in it’s hand as Tara knocks on a door, We see 5 hearts in jars during the final fight and it appears that all of the Gentlemen are present so that would be the final bystander kill count for them
Notes: Giles describes the bad guys as fairy tale monsters, but they should be Demons from everything that follows from precedent in the show thus far. Buffy snaps the neck of one of the gentleman’s helpers, When Buffy screams at the end we see all 7 Gentlemen’s heads explode and it would seem that all of their helpers died also but even if they didn’t, they would be disposed of very quickly. The most in number that we can see in a single frame at any point is 5, so that is the number that we will count.
